Description

The BenQ InstaShow WDC25 Wireless Presentation System supports multi-device collaboration across small, medium and large meeting rooms. It combines plug-and-play presentation buttons with BYOD screen mirroring, allowing employees and guests to share content from laptops, tablets and phones.

Compatible presenters can connect without installing applications or drivers. The four-way split-screen function allows content from up to four presenters to appear on one display, while support for as many as 64 simultaneous connections accommodates larger meetings and collaborative environments.

The WDC25 supports HDMI output up to 4K at 60Hz, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and transmission distances up to 40 metres. TouchBack provides control from compatible interactive displays, while AES-128 encryption, WPA3 Enterprise and HDCP support protect compatible presentation content. Cloud-based device management also allows administrators to monitor, diagnose and update multiple InstaShow units remotely.
