Description

The BenQ InstaShow VS25 Driver-Free Wireless Conferencing System is designed for BYOM hybrid meetings in huddle spaces through to large meeting rooms. It allows presenters to run video meetings from their own laptops while accessing compatible room cameras, microphones, speakers and video bars through the included Multimedia Hub.

Users can open Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet on their laptop, select the connected meeting-room audiovisual equipment and begin conferencing through the InstaShow Host Button. No dedicated InstaShow application, additional driver or complex network configuration is required for compatible systems.

The VS25 also supports BYOD screen mirroring, four-way split-screen presentation and up to 64 simultaneous connections. Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, a transmission distance of up to 40 metres and HDMI output up to 4K at 60Hz make it suitable for a broad range of meeting-room sizes. Cloud device management allows administrators to monitor, diagnose and update multiple units remotely.
