Whiteboards and Pinboards offers free shipping Australia-wide on all boards up to 1800x1200mm* and on selected products! For all other products we offer competitive flat-rate shipping. We aim to dispatch all standard items within 2-4 business days, though made-to-order products can take between 5 and 20 working days to be dispatched depending on availability and manufacture time.

*Free shipping excludes interactive boards and some delivery locations. Please note, free and flat-rate shipping is to the ground-floor of the premises only. Do you need delivery above ground floor?
If you require your items to be delivered above ground floor, we offer a premium shipping service at additional cost. Let our expert team bring your items up to you rather than collecting them from the loading dock or kerbside. Due to the size of many of our products, we will generally require appropriate lift access as we cannot obstruct stairways.
If you don’t feel comfortable installing your items or simply don’t have the time, we can organise installation for you at an additional cost. After you check out, we will ask you to provide basic information about the installation to ensure it runs smoothly. The installation fee also includes our premium shipping service. Assembly is available to most of our standard metropolitan shipping zones, but it is best to check with us prior to placing your order. If your delivery address falls outside our metropolitan zones, please contact us to enquire about the availability of this service in your area.
